The 2011 grapes have been harvested later then expected. The main reason was a cold and long spring followed by a relatively cool early summer.

The summer was as usual without any rainfall, steady northwinds and temperatures between 30 and 35∞C, cooling down at nights by 8 to 10∞C. The harvest was aproximately one week later then usual but the grapes were in perfect condition. The harvest has been done by hand and the grapes were fully processed before noon.

The grape /wine varieties have been enlarged: red wines have been produced from Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Zinfandel, rozes from Cabernet and Zinfandel and the whites from Sauvignon Blanc, Zlahtina and Vasilaki.
